Team member profiles
When a team member’s profile is published, customers can see their display name (a name they choose, not their legal name), profile photo, headline, bio, skills and the month they joined, together with the services they deliver.
Publication is not automatic. A member fills in their own profile, and an administrator has to approve it before anything becomes public. It can be withdrawn at any time by the member’s request or by an administrator, and withdrawal takes effect immediately: the profile stops being reachable and their name disappears from the services they deliver.
No contact details are ever published — not email addresses, not phone numbers — and neither are internal employment records or any financial information.
