Is the ad budget included in the price?

No. The price covers my work only. You pay the platform directly for your ads, from your own ad account and payment method, and you decide how much to spend.

What if the platform rejects my ad?

The platform reviews every ad and sometimes rejects one. I check the rejection reason, adjust the text or image within your package, and submit it again where the rules allow.

What if I do not have an ad account yet?

You create the business account yourself, because it holds your payment details. I can tell you the steps, and then you give me access.

How fast can you deliver?

Each package shows its delivery time, counted from when I have access and your materials. Packages with monitoring include those days in the delivery time.

What happens if the work is not what was described?

Ask for a revision first, as most problems are solved that way. Your payment is held until you approve the delivery, and the company refunds under its written Refund Policy if the work is not delivered as described. Ad spend is paid to the platform and is not part of this order.

Which languages can we use to plan the campaign?

I reply in English (fluent) and Bangla (native). The ads themselves can be written in the language your customers use, as long as we agree on it before you order.
