That is the first thing I check. I compare the shape, colors, label and logo in every image with your original photo. Where the tools changed something, I fix it by hand or make the image again, and I tell you if a detail cannot be kept.
Can I get a plain white background too?
Yes, where your package lists it, or as a change in one of your rounds. Many shops ask for a plain main image, so please check your platform's rules before you upload.
Can I use the images in ads and on my shop pages?
Usually yes. The AI-made parts follow the licence terms of the tools I use, and those terms can differ by plan. If you ask, I tell you which tools I used. Your own photos and logos stay yours.
Can you put my label design on a bottle or box?
Yes. Send your artwork and the exact text. I place it on an AI-made mockup and check every letter against your file.
How long does a set of product images take?
Each package shows its delivery time, counted from when I have your photos and answers. If you have a launch date, tell me before you order.
What if the images are not what was described?
Ask for a revision first, as most problems are solved that way. Your payment is held until you approve the delivery, and the company refunds under its written Refund Policy if the work is not delivered as described.
