Frequently asked questions

Do the clips come with music?

Only if you want it. Music comes from a licensed library, a track you have the right to use, or an AI music tool under its own terms, and I tell you which one I used.

Can you add text or captions?

Yes, in packages that list them. I add text in the editor rather than letting the AI draw letters, so it stays sharp and spelled right.

Which sizes and formats can I get?

MP4 files in vertical 9:16, square 1:1 or horizontal 16:9. Some packages add more formats or a higher resolution, as listed.

Will anything be added that was not in my image?

Sometimes the AI fills in new background, or the side of an object the camera turns around. The delivery note lists what was added, and you can ask for smaller motion if you prefer less invention.

Can I use the clips for my business?

Yes, once the order is completed. Generated motion follows the licence terms of the tools used, and your images keep their own terms. If you ask, I tell you which tools and plan I used.

My images are small or a little blurry. Will that work?

Send them and I will check. I can sometimes enlarge and tidy them first, but a very small or blurry picture usually gives a soft, unsteady clip, and I tell you so before I start.
