Frequently asked questions

What kind of images can you animate?

Product photos, illustrations, paintings, posters, landscapes and simple portraits work well. Clear, well lit, large images give the cleanest motion; very busy pictures or tiny files may not.

Can the clips loop?

Yes, in packages that list loops, and where the picture allows it. I smooth the join between the last and the first frame. Some images loop more cleanly than others, and I tell you which before I start.

How long is each clip?

Most single-image clips run 5 to 10 seconds, because motion from one picture looks best short. Videos made from several images can be longer, as each package lists.

Which sizes and formats can I get?

MP4 files in vertical 9:16, square 1:1 or horizontal 16:9. Some packages add more formats or a higher resolution, as listed.

My images are small or a little blurry. Will that work?

Send them and I will check. I can sometimes enlarge and tidy them first, but a very small or blurry picture usually gives a soft, unsteady clip, and I tell you so before I start.

What if the clips are not what the package describes?

Ask for a revision first; most problems are solved that way. Your payment is held until you approve the delivery, and the company refunds under its written Refund Policy if the work is not delivered as described.
