Questions about ordering AI video
What should I send before I order video editing?
Your footage or a link to it, plus any notes on style, length and music. Each package lists what the seller needs, and you share it after you order. You can also ask the seller a question in the built-in chat before you order.
Who do I pay when I order video editing?
You pay SkillSellUp on the site, never the seller directly. We hold the payment until you approve the delivery, or automatically after 3 days if you do not reply. If anyone asks you to pay outside the site, do not.
What happens after I order video editing?
After you order and pay, you send the seller the details the package asks for. The seller delivers on the order page, where you can accept the work or ask for a revision. If you do not reply within 3 days of a delivery, the order is treated as accepted.
What if I am not happy with the video editing I receive?
Ask for a revision from the order page; your package states how many are included. If the delivery does not match what you asked for, or revisions do not fix it, you can open a dispute and an administrator decides. What comes back depends on the case, and the Refund Policy sets out each one, including when there is no refund.
