Questions about ordering Calendar & appointment scheduling
What should I have ready before I order calendar management?
Your working hours, your booking rules and how people usually ask for a meeting. Give access by inviting the seller with their own login, and never send passwords, card numbers or keys in the chat. Each package lists what the seller needs from you. You can also ask the seller a question in the built-in chat before you order.
Who do I pay when I order calendar management?
You pay SkillSellUp on the site, never the seller directly. We hold the payment until you approve the delivery, or automatically after 3 days if you do not reply. If anyone asks you to pay outside the site, do not.
What happens after I order calendar management?
After you order and pay, you send the seller the details the package asks for. The seller delivers on the order page, where you can accept the work or ask for a revision. If you do not reply within 3 days of a delivery, the order is treated as accepted.
What if I am not happy with the calendar management I receive?
Ask for a revision from the order page; your package states how many are included. If the delivery does not match what you asked for, or revisions do not fix it, you can open a dispute and an administrator decides. What comes back depends on the case, and the Refund Policy sets out each one, including when there is no refund.
The full rules are in the Refund Policy and the Terms.
