Will subtitles get my videos more views?
No one can promise that. Subtitles make your videos easier to follow with the sound off and for more viewers, which is a good reason on its own.
Will you keep every um and false start?
By default I write what is said, minus pure noise. If you prefer cleaner captions without filler words, tell me and I tidy them, without changing the meaning.
What if I find a mistake after delivery?
Tell me the time stamp and the right word, and I fix it within your package's rounds. Small spelling fixes are quick.
Can I ask a question before I order?
Yes. Send me the length of your video, its spoken language and where you will post it, and I will suggest a package.
What happens if the subtitles are not what the package describes?
Ask for a revision first, as most problems are fixed that way. Your payment is held until you approve the delivery, and the company refunds under its written Refund Policy if the work is not delivered as described.
Can you translate the subtitles?
Yes, between the languages I work in: English, Bangla, Hindi and Spanish. Tell me the spoken language and the language you need before you order, and we agree the price for translation in the order chat. I do not translate into languages I do not work in.
