Why not just use automatic captions?

Automatic captions are a fair start, but they often get names, numbers and technical words wrong and ignore line breaks. I check and fix every line by hand, so the captions are right and easy to read.

What if parts of the audio are hard to hear?

I mark those moments and ask you what was said. I never fill a gap with words that might be wrong.

My video runs longer than the package. What then?

Message me with the length before you order. A longer video can be covered with a custom offer, priced by its length.

Can I ask a question before I order?

Yes. Send me the length of your video, its spoken language and where you will post it, and I will suggest a package.

Can you translate the subtitles?

Yes, between the languages I work in: Bangla, English, Spanish and French. Tell me the spoken language and the language you need before you order, and we agree the price for translation in the order chat. I do not translate into languages I do not work in.
