About this service
Automatic captions get names, numbers and technical words wrong. I type or correct every line by hand, check it against the audio and spell names the way you spell them.
What you get
- Short caption lines that are quick to read
- Caption position checked on a phone screen
- Captions burned into an MP4 file
- An SRT file as well
- Spelling checked twice before delivery
How it works
- We agree on font, colors, size and position from one sample frame.
- I subtitle the whole video in that style.
- You check the spelling and timing on the first version.
- I apply your notes and deliver both files.
Why this works
Wrong words in captions make a video look careless. I check every line against the audio, and I ask you about any name or term I cannot hear clearly instead of guessing.
What I need from you
The finished video file in its best quality, or a download link from your own cloud storage.
Good to know
Translation is offered only between the languages I work in: English (fluent) and Bangla (native). It is agreed in the order chat before work starts and priced by the length of the video.
Message me with your video's length and language, and I will suggest a package.

Frequently asked questions
Why not just use automatic captions?
Automatic captions are a fair start, but they often get names, numbers and technical words wrong and ignore line breaks. I check and fix every line by hand, so the captions are right and easy to read.
Which spoken languages can you subtitle?
The languages listed on my profile. If your video is in another language, please message me first; I do not subtitle languages I do not work in.
What if my video has unusual names or technical words?
Send me a list with the spelling you use. If I hear a word I am not sure about, I ask you instead of guessing.
Can the subtitles follow my brand colors and font?
Yes. Send your font and colors, or a video you like, and I style the captions to match. Some packages include a custom style designed for your brand.
Will you also edit my video?
No. This service adds subtitles to a finished video. If you need cutting, color or music, that is a separate editing job.
What happens if the subtitles are not what the package describes?
Ask for a revision first, as most problems are fixed that way. Your payment is held until you approve the delivery, and the company refunds under its written Refund Policy if the work is not delivered as described.
