For agencies that order work for clients
Some buyers order work on SkillSellUp and pass it on to their own clients. This page says what the site and its Terms allow today, and what to do when you need more.
In short
- Once an order is completed and paid in full, our Terms say the finished work is yours to use for any purpose.
- Sellers see your username, not your real name, email address or phone number.
- There is no white-label storefront, no public API and no team account today. For anything else, write to us.
What you can do today
- Pass finished work on to your client. Once an order is completed and paid in full, our Terms say the finished work is yours to use for any purpose.
- Ask for the work to stay out of the portfolio. Our Terms say we may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in the order conversation.
- Keep your client's details to yourself. Sellers see your username, not your real name, email address or phone number, and the chat hides phone numbers, email addresses and links.
- Brief the seller with your client's material. You keep ownership of what you send, and you confirm you have the right to use it.
How an agency order works
Ask before you order
Message the seller in the chat with what your client needs. A seller can answer with a custom offer that has its own price and delivery time.
Pay the company
You pay SkillSellUp, never the seller. SkillSellUp adds no service fee at checkout. A bigger job can be split into 2 to 6 milestones, each paid after you approve the one before.
Check the delivery before your client does
Ask for a revision if it misses the brief. If you do not respond, a delivery is accepted automatically after 3 days, so plan your own client's review inside that time.
Hand it over
When you accept the delivery the order is completed, and the finished work is yours to pass on.
Licences and other people's material
- Stock media, fonts and software used in the work stay under their own licences. Our Terms say we tell you if a licence limits how you can use the work.
- Do not send material your client has no right to use, and do not order work that copies someone else's. Our Terms let us refuse or cancel such an order and refund it.
What the site does not offer
We would rather say this plainly than let you find out later.
- No white-label storefront: your clients cannot order from a site with your name on it.
- No public API for placing or tracking orders.
- No team accounts or client sub-accounts. Each account belongs to one person.
- No invoice download. Your order page keeps the record of each order: the package, the amount and every step.
- If your agency needs one of these, write to [email protected] and tell us what you need. We reply within one business day.
Questions people ask
Can I resell the work to my client?
Our Terms say that once an order is completed and paid in full, the finished work is yours to use for any purpose. Stock media, fonts and software in it stay under their own licences, and we tell you if one limits your use.
Will the seller know who my client is?
Only if you tell them. Sellers see your username, not your real name, email address or phone number, and the chat hides contact details.

Is there an API?
